1. Introduction

Welcome to Simplicity Tours & Travels, a Uganda-based tour and travel company offering safari experiences, international and domestic air ticketing, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and related travel services.

By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after full or agreed-upon payment is received and confirmation is issued by Simplicity Tours & Travels.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.

3. Payments

• Payments may be made via bank transfer, mobile money, cash, or through the ecommerce payment.

• Prices are quoted in Uganda Shillings (UGX) or USD ($).

• Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency exchange fees are the responsibility of the client.

• Failure to complete payment within the agreed time may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

• Refunds (if applicable) depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, lodges, transport providers, and other third-party suppliers.

• Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.

• Simplicity Tours & Travels is not responsible for delays in refunds caused by third-party providers.

5. Changes to Bookings

• Changes to itineraries, dates, or services are subject to availability and may attract additional costs.

• Any price differences resulting from changes must be paid by the client.

• Simplicity Tours & Travels reserves the right to substitute accommodations, transport, or activities of similar standard when necessary.

6. Travel Documents and Visa Assistance

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and other travel documents.

• Visa assistance is provided as a support service and does not guarantee visa approval.

• Simplicity Tours & Travels shall not be held liable for visa refusals, delays, or immigration decisions.

7. Air Ticketing

• Air tickets are subject to airline rules and fare conditions.

• Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by airline policies.

• Simplicity Tours & Travels acts as an agent and is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.

8. Safaris and Tours

• Safari itineraries are subject to weather conditions, park regulations, and wildlife movement.

• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

• Clients must follow the instructions of guides, park rangers, and local authorities at all times.

9. Health, Safety, and Insurance

• Clients are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, accidents, and loss of property.

• Simplicity Tours & Travels is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, damage, or death during travel except where caused by proven negligence.

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their travel.

10. Liability

• Simplicity Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers.

• We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other suppliers.

• We shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.

11. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must respect local laws, customs, and regulations.

• Any damage caused by a client to accommodation, vehicles, or property shall be the responsibility of the client.

• Simplicity Tours & Travels reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a client’s behavior is disruptive or unlawful.

12. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and materials used by Simplicity Tours & Travels are our property and may not be used without prior written consent.

13. Privacy Policy

• Client information is handled with confidentiality and used only for travel arrangements and legal requirements.

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where necessary to deliver services.

14. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

• Any disputes shall be resolved under Ugandan jurisdiction.

15. Amendments

• Simplicity Tours & Travels reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• The latest version will apply to all bookings.
